Aloha my friends...My name is Bliss, and I would like to introduce my confectionery delights. These hand rolled chocolate truffles are made with all natural, preservative- free ingredients. I use only the finest ingredients, including organic butters, antibiotic and hormone free cream, and fair trade Venezuelan chocolate with a 64% cocoa mass. I use all natural fruit purees from a local Pacific Northwest vendor.I only use all plant based food colorings from an organic vendor.

I also offer a vegan variety for all of the flavors. The vegan chocolates contain organic coconut cream,Earth balance, chocolate and fruit.There is no major difference between the dairy and non dairy in regards to texture or flavor.

I hope to offer a diabetic version with an alternative natural sugar substitute in the very near future.

Everyone of my truffles is individually hand rolled, hand dipped, designed, packaged and labeled.
