I have many varieties to offer.  Among my fruit truffles, I make mango, orange, strawberry, raspberry, and marionberry. I offer 3 different varieties for the fruit truffles:

The second is topped with hempnuts. The flavor is compared to a walnut or a soft pecan ,so me may even say that of a pinenut. The hempnuts are high in omega 3 and 6, and also all of the aminos.

The third is chocolate drizzle with all plant based food colorings

 

My other varieties of truffles are a toasted hazelnut, almond, Irish cream, and an unflavored dark chocolate with a chocolate vermicelli (sprinkle) on top

   


Every variety of chocolate that I offer regularly can also be prepared non dairy, also known as vegan. I use a coconut cream and Earth Balance for a butter substitute. Coconut cream is a neutral flavor so anything you give to it will reflect the flavors that are placed with it.

There is not much of a difference in flavor when it comes to dairy and non dairy .

 I am also in the process of coming out with a sugar free, all organic version from scratch in the near future. It will be soon, I promise.

My truffles are processed in a certified processing kitchen that also has nuts and dairy.I practice kosher.
