Hi, I remember you because at one point, you used my mother's (Selita) fridge at her restaurant, Mamacita's in Girdwood, AK. I was young, but I haven't forgotten how good your truffles were!!! Happy to find you again.

Wanted to say hello. Had asked Ben how you were, still remember the wonderful chocolates you made for their Wedding. They were just delicious. Take care. Happy Holidays.

Good morning Bliss, I was at the Chocolate Festival in Port Orchard and I met with you a little. I was in the pirate gear. You sold me some Vegan Blackberry Truffles which were unbelievable. I took them home to Arizona with me and unfortunately for me I shared them with family. They are gone (except for two that I lied about - before you judge - I have already cleared it with God and he agrees - they rock). So, you ship these wonderful Heaven sent items - Correct?

My first of your creations, a Blueberry and Dark Chocolate with sea salt at Live Aloha, literally stopped me in my tracks and I had to sit down. Mahalo.

I bought one of the vegan truffles at the River Festival in Arlington last weekend and didn't try it until I got home. Yum! I wish we had these readily available in Bellingham. Meanwhile, I just put in an order online.

I had your truffles at the Arts Walk this past weekend. They were fantabulous!!! I hope that you'll ship some to me in New Hampshire! I don't think there is anything this scrumptious on the East Coast.

Aloha Bliss! It was a pleasure to meet you last night at the Astoria-Warrenton Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival. You have such a positive, likable and delightful aura about you in addition to your chocolates being of high-quality standards and just in simple terms, DELISH! My favorite was the Kahlua Truffle, but I wish I would've have been able to try them all! Look forward to ordering more of your chocolates in the near future. Keep spreading your love and aloha all over the northwest coast with your amazing presence and tasty truffles! Much Aloha from Astoria!

Bliss, my man! Kama 'aina! I'll never forget my first taste of a vegan chocolate truffle at the Fremont market -- DIVINE! 3 years ago, and I'm still salivating! So happy to see you handcrafting such delicious delicacies and bringing the warmth of Hawaiian spirit to your business! Much aloha and success to you, brother!

You're truffles were a hit with me and now they're a hit with the rest of my family. We brought 2 dozen assorted truffles to our family at Christmas and everyone was blown away. This will be a holiday tradition.

I have tried several of your truffles, the fruit ones, dark chocolate, and the liqueurs and I have to say that I have never tasted true bliss before I was lucky enough eat them. My only problem is that if I had easy access to your wares, I would be so fat right now I couldn't walk! You can taste craftsmanship pride and love of your creations in each bite! ;D
