Almond Diabetic Friendly Chocolate


A delicious diabetic friendly chocolate, with almost no carbs and made with only plant based sweeteners. Bliss makes his own base chocolate, painstakingly mixing 100% chocolate mass with organic Stevia, Erythritol, coco butter and sunflower lecithin. For the ganache, the base chocolate is then mixed with unsweetened almond milk and organic almond extract, then topped with organic almonds. This is Bliss's own recipe that has been perfected over years. "The little bit of Stevia balances out the cooling of the Erythiritol." This truffle is about a 72% to 74% cocoa.
